One of the best things about travel is trying new things. It doesn't matter where you go, there are local specialties, microbrews, seasonal fruits, etc. On my most recent adventure here are some of the new things I tried. Sadly, I didn't take a picture of the octopus that became our evening ceviche. Or of the numerous complimentary pisco sours.
