Recipe: Chocolate Nut Bars

Just another way to get your chocolate fix...

From Eagle Brand Classic Recipes

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter/margarine, melted
1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)

Preheat oven to 375.  Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on the bottom of 13x9 baking pan.  Bake 8 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 350.

In small saucepan over medium heat, melt milk and 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla.  Spread chocolate mixture over prepared crust.  Top with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips, then nuts; press down firmly. 

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.  Cool.  Chill if desired.  Cut into bars.
